Can stunning fist be delivered through a monk weapon?
and if I have the crusaders furry feat where I can deliver flurry of blows with my deity's favored weapon. can i deliver stunning fist with that weapon?

The weapon must have the Ki Focus or Ki Intensifying properties in order to deliver stunning fist attempts.
Honestly, while its possible, as Imbicatus mentions, I personally don't think its really worth it. There are just too many chances for Stunning Fist to not work in the first place that spending extra resources on it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Between a) needing a target that can actually be Stunning Fisted, and b) having to declare the Stunning Fist before the attack, and c) having a relatively high miss chance on those attacks, and d) then needing the target to fail the save which likely won't have a particularly high DC, most of the time Stunning Fist just doesn't have much effect.
That said, you can, of course, build a character in such a way to make it a lot more likely to succeed (particularly with a generous char gen format). I just think there are better options for the monk to spend her precious few resources on.

It can work well IF you build for it, but it usually isn't worth it. If you have are wisdom based via Guided Hand or Sensei, have high wisdom and take Mantis Style, your Stunning Fist DCs can be VERY high, and you would have a very good to hit. It could also work if you were dex based and kept your wis high to max AC. The downside to both of these approaches is that your damage will suffer.
