In a campaign I'm writing, the players will not be mortals. Not sure what they'll be playing, but most likely some sort of templating/monster classing will be going on. Players will be fighting demigods and mythic monsters and maybe a full god later down the line. I know some of you went for a game on this large of a scale. Do you have any advice for running a game like this?

I recommend to offering the Godling class(es) to your players. Its 3pp but the class makes the characters demigods. Link: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/3rd-party-prestige-classes/super-genius-gam es/godling
Also, I suggest having the players do lots of travel between the planes. The gods in pathfinder have their own agendas…it might be interesting to pit the players in other-worldly political dealings. Maybe they get caught between the conflicts of two gods (and their churches) and they either need to negotiate between the factions (or between the gods themselves), or, pick up the pieces after the chaos of a devastating religious war on the mortal plane.
All in all, if you want your players to be more than mortals, the demigod classes are the way to go.
