Elf Cleric of Desna - what feat should I pick?

Advice

Hi everyone, I've just started playing Pathfinder (Rise of the Runelords, having just completed "day 1") and my GM has kindly allowed me to pick my feat after trying the game out.

I've picked the Travel and Luck domains, and becuase of my lucky dice rolls in determining abilities decided to pick Elf as the race for the weapon proficiencies. So far I have:

Str 14
Dex 16
Con 14
Int 10
Wis 17
Cha 14

The party I'm in consists of a barbarian, paladin and ranger so I was thinking of either focusing on summoning or buffing my magical abilities, perhaps with a skill focus then eldritch heritage (I quite like the look of the Protean and Starsoul bloodlines as they tie in with my character concept).

Another way to go I guess would be to pick up archery feats and stay back, buffing the ranger and myself.

Can anyone recommend the feat and/or a direction to take? Thanks in advance!

With a 14 Charisma, I would go with Selective Channeling; this allows you to ignore healing two opponents when you channel. It can be a real lifesaver!

If you can use archetypes, given your Charisma score (and the fact you are a cleric of Desna in a RotRL), you may want to check out the Varisian Pilgrim from Inner Sea Magic. The caravan bond ability let's you use that Bit Of Luck ability at range instead of as a touch. Kinda nice!

Thanks for the advice, that archtype looks amazing! I'm wearing studded leather with a buckler, but I could easily ditch the buckler.

I will definitely be asking my GM about it. As I won't need to be within touch distance it opens up my options even further - I could even be somewhere in between melee and ranged and possibly heal both with my channel then teleport people out of combat if they go down in melee (at level 8) so selective channeling does look good.

It is pushing me more to the Protean bloodline as board control looks to be key for this.
