The only one I can think of is via a highly highly highly 'I'm suggesting it and I wouldn't even allow it' suspect rules interpretation; you take the Honored Fist of the Society trait, which says you increase your Ki Pool by 1.
It is, I suppose, theoretically possible to read this as giving you a 1 point Ki Pool by itself ... however, I'm pretty sure most GMs would rule that you have to actually have a Ki Pool class feature to claim that point.

Even if you would technically get the kit point, you wouldn't have the class features that let you use the ki pool for anything until you reach the appropriate class level.
So yeah, you don't get any actual ki pool abilities until Ninja 2, Drunken Master (Monk) 3, or Monk 4.
