One of the main problems I've had with the Rise of the Runelords cardboard pawn set is that it leaves out so many minis that seem important to me. For example, The Annis Hags that are so important for the climax of the Hook Mountain Massacre. Annis Hags are from Bestiary 3, so neither of the Bestiary Box pawn sets have a figure I can use, and they aren't included in the Rise of the Runelords pawn set either. Has anyone found a good substitute?

This might be helpful. I made a spreadsheet that listed every encounter in the AP, along with which Bestiary (and page number) it came from, unless it was unique. How many pawns of it I had (I've got Bestiary Box 1, 2, and 3 plus the AP specific ones for Runelord, Reign of Winter, and Shattered Star), along with what "alternate" pawn to use, by which I meant what generic one I would use for a unique character that didn't have one in the Runelords set. Hope it helps: Google Doc

It wasn't meant for mass consumption, but if it helps you can view my personal spreadsheet.

Hi, I'm preparing to run the Kreeg clanhold of Hook Mountain and I'm also having some trouble with pawns. Between Bestiary 1 Pawns box and RotRL Pawns, I have the ogres, the stone giant and Lamatar covered, but I'm still missing Barl and the three hags.
I'm thinking of using the RotRL Pawns Galenmir to represent Barl.
The three hags, though...any suggestions? I have the boxes for B1, B2, B5 and NPC Codex, and I have the AP Pawns for RotRL, CoCT, S&S, RoW, MM, IG, HR, HV and RoA.

For the hags, I used three female wizard figures from the introductory box set since I had them disguised. I had the Annis Hag figures from Bestiary 3 ready to go, but the PCs failed their sense motives and left before their alter self spells ran out.
