The rules state: "Anyone with a cover credit on a hardcover RPG book is ineligible". Apologies if this sounds like a silly question, but what constitutes "cover credit"?
I won a White Wolf writing contest a few years ago, meaning my entry was published in "Bloodlines: The Chosen". I am not credited on the cover itself, but I'm credited as "author" on pages 2 and 3. Does that count as "cover credit"?

I think that "hardcover credit" might mean being one of the primary authors of the work instead of being one of many contributing authors - how much people got into Bloodlines? 8-12?
I think that you should submit you item now and if judges decide that you aren't eligible you will send them the name of your item to be removed by PMG.

Anyone with a cover credit on a hardcover RPG book is ineligible.
This means you cannot have your name on the actual cover of a hardcover RPG book. You can be credited in a hardcover RPG book, so you're good to go Solomon.
Eric, I'm kinda part of the reason for the three Paizo credits too. Up until the day I was hired I was still technically eligible for RPG Superstar despite having a couple dozen credits in Paizo books.
