No chronicle sheet yet after 10 days, what to do?

Silver Crusade 2/5

Hi all -

I am not sure if I am just being impatient, but wanted to get some thoughts from the community. I played 'First Steps' on 12/20, I believe it was a sign up I found here on paizo.com Grand Lodge online play.

The odd thing was, one of the other players was collecting the play/character info for the GM, so I don't have the GM's email otherwise I would simply email him to ask.

I have taken the following steps, though, before posting here: waited what I feel is an appropriate amount of time*; posted a response to a follow-up thread in the online play section here at paizo.com (after 4 days); emailed the other player who had collected info (once after 5 days and again after 8 days); PM'd the GM through paizo.com (after 8 days); PMd the other players through Roll20 (after 7 days; one responded he had also not received the sheet) and finally, this post.

* Yes, I do realize there are US holidays in the midst of this.

Hopefully everyone is okay and there were no tragedies involved. But I want to play that character again (in a game that has now passed and in some upcoming games), and was told by another GM in a side convo that I am technically not allowed to (especially since this missing XP will level this character).

So I ask here for advice: do I need to be more patient? If I cannot contact the GM by email and the 'helper' player is also not responding, where do I go next?

Thanks in advance for any help, and game on!
- Corey

If you have not received your chronicle and have made the attempts you have mentioned in your post with no response from either the GM or the person assisting him, I would recommend contacting the Online or Local VO's regarding this issue.

The online Venture Captain is Joseph Caubo.

Try messaging the GM at the following email as listed in the original post: lashinggecko@gmail.com

Also you can try to contact the online venture captains at PFSOnlineVOs@gmail.com . They should be able to resolve this for you.

Speaking for someone who regular GMs online, it has happened a number time for me atleast where the emails I send out get treated as spam. If you have not checked your spam folder, I would encourage you to do so also.

But yeah get in contact with one of the officers through an email at PFSOnlineVOs@gmail.com and they should be able to help you. Also do try to contact your GM through the original email they listed at lashinggecko@gmail.com .

Thanks all for the helpful tips. In response to some specific points:

I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing there either.

To my knowledge, this email is for the 'helper' player, and not the GM.

I guess I will email PFSOnlineVOs@gmail.com if I don't have something by tomorrow. I feel like kind of a jerk for escalating it, but like I said I wanted to play that character before too long.

Game on!

You can still play the character, it would just be iffy on how you could spend loot to get to the next level.

After emailing PFSOnlineVOs@gmail.com, four more days pass and still no a word from the GM, and this from one of the other players:

"I didn't ever get that Chronicle Sheet. Just added the amount of gold that he told us during the session and didn't worry too much about it since the game was recorded."

Yes, the game was recorded here but I have been told multiple times that the paperwork (chronicle sheets, inventory tracking sheets) is the official record - so I want the chronicle sheet.

Any suggestions for my next step? Or should I just forget about it and do as the other guy above did?

thanks,
Corey

If the game was recorded, email mike .. mike.brock@paizo.com explaining the situation. He should be able to send you the chronicle sheet -- this is only as long as the game was reported.
