Endless Bandolier Q

Rules Questions

The text for the Endless Bandolier specifies that "The four small pockets can each hold a one-handed firearm, 1 pound of ammunition, a powder horn, or a similarly sized object." (Relevant text bold)

Alchemical Cartridges are listed with a negligible (-) weight.

Is there a rule about a certain number of (-) weight items adding up to a real number somewhere?

(I suspect the logical answer is to treat 30 cartridges as weighing half a pound, as do 30 bullets or 30 handfuls of pellets, but I'm wondering if I'm missing an actual rule somewhere.)

I have no idea. The lack of other replies might indicate that no-one else has any idea either.

And, no, you mustn't use logic! Or common sense ;)

I don't think there's any such rule. Of course, it would be odd for a cartridge (bullet plus powder plus casing) to weight less than a bullet.....

Individual bullets have negligible weight as well, but bundles of 30 are listed in the same chart as weighing 1/2 pound. There are no bundles of 30 cartridges listed, however. Hence my double-checking.
