Vic said elsewhere that they wouldn't want to re-use any of the minis they had in the other sets because it would ruin all the effort people had put in buying multiple packs to collect them. There are some unpainted minis available individually for all of them.
Another option is to do stand up cut outs. There are some to download on boardgamegeek.com. You'll just need to buy the bases.

Ah. Ok. Yeah. But I don't want to spend $15 for a random shot at getting 2 of the 11 minis I want. Even if I was lucky and purchased the 4 in the one box and got the exact ones I needed in the next 4 booster packs, I just spent $75 to get the 11 mini's I want. And that's best case scenario
I totally get what Vic is saying about not devaluing the minis for the people hat have bought tons of booster packs to get them all. I would hate it if that happened to something I spent time and money collecting. I'm hopeful they might come out with a set of new designs for the iconics that complete the other 4. But if they don't I'll use the cut out stand ups and maybe one day buy the singles.

Actually, you can still grab them if you missed the Kickstarter, look at the page and the Pledge Calculator:

It seems like you can mix and match them.
I've heard minis can be an expensive hobby (time/money wise) regardless though, so be careful.
Minis at this point are too small and require too much precision (if painted), so prepainted ones are going to be expensive.

All of the 11 ionics were released in Pathfinder Battles, but since some of them are completely unaviable in the market you sadly have no chance to collect a full set.
This, even if you would be willing to pay the insane prices (some of them goes for more than an Adventure Deck)
I don't know, but if it's possible to get all 11 of them in the 2 bone sets I maybe buy those. But sadly those are unpainted.

Oh, and I should take a moment to plug the Awesome Standees too... "1000 downloaders can't be wrong!"

Not all the iconics are available with the Bones series. Alternatively u can get the metal version which is like three to four dollars more. But I have to warn you, painting them can take a lot of time and can be expensive. Some of them like Lini, Lem, Kyra and Valeros can be a pain in the butt to pain (have u seen the size of Lem????? He is super small with lots of details) but they do add a lot of flavor when playing the game.
