Okay, so I mistakenly allowed two of my players to make dwarven drunks. A dwarven drunken brute and a dwarven drunken master. Why would I do this to myself?
But the purpose of this question is that I am asking for the collective knowledges of these boards to let me know what (and where) can I find for special brews? I know there are a few in the Dwarves of Golarion and the Gamemastery Guide, but can anyone else think of some PF Official sources that have drinks (not potions or elixirs) that have some kind of special effects. I appreciate this in advance. Thanks.

For specifically Pathfinder stuff, there's stuff to be found in the Adventurer's Armory and Ultimate Equipment.
Beyond that, there's some cool pre-Pathfinder stuff you could draw from, like the 3.0 Arms and Equipment Guide and the computer games Baldur's Gate and Planescape: Torment, which all feature some cool fantasy alcoholic beverages that could give you inspiration...and the 3.0 Book of Vile Darkness describes some fantasy narcotics, their initial benefits, and their long-term nastiness, which you could conceivably water down for safety and balance and turn into exotic cocktails. Heck, you could even take a cue or two from some of the more potent brews found in World of Warcraft.

Page 32 of Dark Markets A Guide to Katapesh has a whole bunch of brews on tap.
I invented this brew for the backstory of my first Pathfinder character, a dwarven cleric of Cayden on his way to Smuggler's Shiv.
The Oakoaths are prosperous clan of goat herders and beer craftsmen. The Oakoaths are famous in the Five Kings Mountains for their legendary thick & sweet goat's milk mead, known as "Tangle Drip". The secret family recipe has been passed down since Rorntak Oakoath I.
You're players sound friggin' awesome. That is what I call synergy.

Sounds to me like you're not really into drunken dwarves. I would relish the opportunity with two of my best buds. I've combed my favorite posts to give you some ideas for adventures and shenanigans:
