Yes there is. It's in the Way of the Wicked adventure path (3pp by Fire Mountain Games). It can be foundhere

There are also the d20 OGL versions of CE (slaughter), CG (freedom), and LE (tyranny) variant paladins. Converting them to Pathfinder is fairly straightforward.

In our home group we allow Paladins to the same alignment as their diety. If they change alignments they loose thir powers. It is like the Zealot. We made this rule to avoid Lawful Stupid characters. We adjust their alignment based abilities (e.g. A Chaotic Neutral Paladin must Choose to Smite Law, Good, or Evil choosen at character creation).

Are their and rules or maybe even a class for a lawful evil paladin? maybe from a third party? if their isn't what should be changed from the paladin/anti-paladin class?
Under Fiendish Boon, change the weapon quality from anarchic to axiomatic. Then watch for spells that are themed chaotic, and change them to a lawful version.
Otherwise there is absolutely nothing that reflects the so-called ethical side of their alignment.
I have long championed the Evil antipaladin, and his Good reflection, and that is how our table plays it. So many good (better?) character concepts are opened up this way.
EDIT: Although, having just looked at the Lord of Darkness from Way of the Wicked, I must say...that rocks.
