[faux authoritative answer]
Centaurs do not dance individually. Instead Centaur dances involve an entire herd moving together over a massive plain, galloping as one, leaping over each other, executing perfectly timed reverses and turns, accompanied by musical insturments carried and played by their human halves. Centaur Dances would look to a modern audience more like an impossibly fast marching band drill than anything less. (Assuming the viewer had a high enough vantage to see the entire shape of the dance and not be trampled. To a ground bound observer, it would look more like a terrifying, but musical, stampede.)
Does that help?

My upcoming APG centaur needs to take dance for some definitely-not-powergaming I'm doing.
The problem?
How do I dance this horse?
And don't send me videos of horses doing that stupid shuffling thing from YouTube.
