touch spells at range with a cleric

Rules Questions

In a recent campaign that I'm playing, the other divine caster (cleric) is making all touch spells, ranged touch spells. I asked how they were able to do this, and they said it was a feat, but I can't find it for the life of me. What (if any) feat or ability allows this?

Probably Reach Spell.

Reach Spell

Edit: Damn Ninjas!

Could also pick up Eldritch Heritage (Arcane) and get yourself a familiar to deliver touch spells. Later on Improved Familiar would let you get something better for you, like say a faerie dragon.

Thanks!

I don't think their adjusting the spell level which is what threw me off, but I bet this is what they're using.

A metamagic rod of Reach spell won't adjust the time or spell level to cast it.

They are also pretty cheap.

Additionally if you are using the Mythic Adventures rules, there is a Hierophant ability called Faith's Reach which allows divine spells with a range of "Touch" to be cast at a range of 30 feet and converting them to ranged touch spells instead of melee touch.

I also seem to recall there being another way to do it besides Reach Spell but I cannot seem to find it.

Non-answer: Have an item commissioned that can cast Spectral Hand on yourself x/day.

That's what I plan to do with my Way of the Wicked Cleric... although I plan to create said item myself, but you get the idea.
