How early can I take Boar Style?

Rules Questions

Let's say a level 2 monk levels up. As part of his leveling, he puts the 3rd rank in intimidate, can he now use his character level 3 feat, for Boar Style?

When adding new levels of an existing class or adding levels of a new class (see Multiclassing, below), make sure to take the following steps in order. First, select your new class level. You must be able to qualify for this level before any of the following adjustments are made. Second, apply any ability score increases due to gaining a level. Third, integrate all of the level's class abilities and then roll for additional hit points. Finally, add new skills and feats.

You add new skills and feats in the same step. The order that you add each skill point or feat within that step is not specified, so can be assumed to be irrelevant.

You can add a point to your Intimidate skill and then add the feat.

If the character is the Unarmed Fighter archetype, she can take a style feat (e.g. boar style) as a bonus feat at 1st level without needing the prerequisites.

Thanks for the input. Let me clarify that, maybe contraintuitively to the title, I was looking for the rules on whether or not you can take a feat, the same level you can get the skill ranks to qualify for it, or if you had to wait :)

My bad.

Yes, you can take a feat the same level you got the skill points to qualify for it. It doesn't matter in which order you take your feats or put ranks in skills when you level up.

Mounted Combat is the usual go-to example; somewhere in the 3.5 books and I think the CRB it's mentioned as valid to take a point of Ride at the same time.
