Sorry if the answer is a "Duh, yes." but I'm new to subscriptions. . .
I was thinking about getting a PACG subscription, but I do not want the player character mats.
I don't want to assume they're part of the subscription, but I'm guessing that they are.
I would really like to have the promo cards that come with the subscription adventure decks, but I do not want to pay an extra $40 for purely cosmetic items due to having a subscription.
Money is tight, you know? $15ish every month or so, I can do, but almost random extra $40 here and there is a bit much for my budget, I'm sad to say. :-\
