Hello, I am currently trying to make a character that is taking levels in Paladin, Monk, and Ninja. I have played PF for a while, but I am not sure about many of the rules and this is my first time trying to multi-class.
1. If I take 1 level in monk to get FoB and then level in ninja, can I use a ki point from the ninja's ki pool to add an extra attack to FoB? The rules state that...
The ninja can now use ki points from this pool to power the abilities of every class she possesses that grants a ki pool.
The issue I see with this is that I don't plan on taking 4 levels in monk, so would this be possible with just 1 level in monk?
2. Can a sohei monk use FoB while wearing light armor? I've read some random threads about it, but I haven't seen anything definitive or official about it.

1. No. The ability to spend a ki point to gain an extra attack is a 4th level monk ability. Without four levels in monk, you don't get that class feature.
2. As written, no. There is no provision in the Sohei class that allows it an exemption from the general monk rule of no FoB or Fast Movement when wearing armor. The intent seems to be that you should be able to do it, but that's up to your GM to allow.

1. Yes, you can. Flurry of blows is a full attack action. The ninja's own ki ability states you can add to a full attack action. It has nothing to do with the monk's ki ability.
Starting at 1st level, a monk can make a flurry of blows as a full-attack action
By spending 1 point from her ki pool, a ninja can make one additional attack at her highest attack bonus, but she can do so only when making a full attack.
2. No As mentioned it seems like it should, but as written it doesnt.
That said, I'd talk to your dm about using 2 specific 3rd party products to make your concept work ALOT more easily.
The super genius games Talented monk and Talented Rogue. These 2 products take the abilities of the monk and rogue and their archetypes (which includes the ninja) and breaks them down into 'talents' and 'edges' so you can pick and choose which you want. The monk also has rules for combining the two. So you could have some monk and some rogue abilities but be only a single class (which is generally better in pathfinder) especially if you also want to be a paladin.

2. Yes
to quote:
Monk, Sohei: Can a sohei use flurry of blows while wearing light armor?
Yes (but not medium or heavy armor). However, a sohei does not gain his monk AC bonus class feature when wearing armor.
The next printing of Ultimate Combat will be changed to reflect this ruling.
