or would it be true neutral? in that the grandmotherly lady does it to everyone regardless of guilt or not.
Personally I house rule no true neutral. If you were truly neutral you would be a rock/in a 24/7trance state. I don't understand why it was even put in the first place. in 28years of playing and 20 of dmin its never been allowed at a table ive played it, regardless of if its my table or another.

Every thread would end up locked!
Topics like alignment are sort of PF/DnD's "popcorn topics." They come up now and again. You just have to get out the popcorn. Other potential popcorn topics are...
- Fighter versus Wizard
- This Class Needs Full BAB
- Guns versus Bows
- Technology versus Fantasy in RPGs
- Rollplayer versus Roleplayer (I've always thought these threads would be more productive if they focused on handling social difficulties)
...next time they do come up, just plan on sending in an order for caramel or a little extra butter.
It will never resolve, but it will pass. Popcorn topics are something every new player needs to go through. Sometimes the old ones, too!
For gamers, it's sort of the equivalent of a Dallas Cowboys fan griping about that one football game that one time, and if the players only played /this/ way, wouldn't it be better for everyone?
