Same thing here. I put a bunch of stuff int he cart for the Golum sale, and it makes me keep re-loggin in and then takes me to the front page. It also has me re-enter my payment info over and over.
This morning I tried 3 different computers and 2 different iPhones, using Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and IE, and it hasn't worked for 3 1/2 hours.
Ultimately, the "Place Your Order" button is greyed out and I can't do anything once I get to the end of all this mess.
This is very frustrating.

Renesis - That worked for me, though my issue was slightly different from the one listed in this thread, so thanks.
The button to complete my order was grayed out, I replaced the bundles with the individual books and it finally worked, though the shipping cost went up a few dollars, no biggie though.

We're working on these issues—basically, we've got a very high volume of people placing orders that individually contain dozens of items, and the part of the system that works to figure out the most efficient ways to ship things is getting overwhelmed. Until we solve this, you may find that our system is more responsive if you place a few smaller orders—say, no more than a dozen items—instead of one big one.

This is outrageous! When I tried to put my order in for a golem, I found the system was unable to place my order! I wanted nothing more than to see the look of shock and awe on my neighbors' faces as my new golem marched down the street to take up residence in my yard (where I was going to use it for yard work and terrorizing the occasional infant in the possession of candy). And what's more, when I got on the crystal ball to lodge a complaint, I heard an apologetic note about having to feed a kobald!
Seriously, just how much does that kobald eat anyway? What do you feed it, uppity custome...
um, I am quite happy with my service and hope your problems are resolved shortly. Thank you! No, I don't need to leave my number... oh my is that a kobald coming out of the monit--

Small note: I did speak to customer services and the gentleman there was quite polite and explained the problem lies with purchase bundles. When I put in orders for the two AP packs I wanted as individual APs (along with the 9 other things in my list) the order went through without a glitch. One thing I did notice was that shipping costs increased by slightly over $10. Thus the problem lies with problems with determining shipping amounts.
If you delete any and all bundles and go with individual items then you should hopefully not have problems. The shipping cost will also go up, but for such a good deal as we're getting here, that's not that significant a concern.
Now please, call off the kobald? ;)

Thank you both Sara Marie and Vic for the smaller order recommendation. I was able to get the overall order placed by breaking it into orders of 12-19 items.
I am hoping it's possible to combine these orders to possible save a little on the shipping cost (though I won't expect much in the way of savings just due to the weight of the books). I've sent customer service an email with the order merge request; if if can get done, great, if not, not the end of the world.
Thanks again! and I hope I have helped keep your warehouse crew busy (sorry about that warehouse folks). ;)

For the past 10 hours I have been unable to place an order. I get stuck in a loop where every time I "Proceed to Checkout" it makes me log back in. Just now it got me in but ALL the discounts were gone and my order shot up. I eMailed Paizo the details but have not heard back. Maybe I will try calling but as it seems to be the way to go.

Note that the office is closed, and Monday is a holiday, so we won't return your call until Tuesday.
One thing to note—the sale price applies only to items that can ship right away, so if you put everything in your sidecart, that would be a reason that the discount would be removed. If that's the case, just email CS, and they'll un-sidecart them.

We've been having some errors with the checkout process today, with one being caused by the significant increase in traffic the store saw. If you were unable to place your order earlier and try again chances are good that your order should go through successfully.
If you are trying to place an order with a bundle and the "submit order" button is grayed out try removing the bundle and purchasing the bundles Adventure Paths as individual items, this has resolved the error for many people.
We're working to respond to emails in chronological order, and we appreciate your patience while we're able to address them. As Vic noted we're closed on Monday, we'll try to resolve any pending concerns as soon as we get in on Tuesday.

I was finally able to get my order through on Saturday instead of Friday, but it's still listed as pending. Is that normal? This is my first ever order from Paizo, so it's all new. Who could resist such terrific deals on such terrific stuff?
Please let me know if I need to send in an email or call, so I don't lose out with a perpetually pending order...

That's only one day's worth of actual shipping (Monday was a holiday). The items you ordered will have had a 'usually ships in x-y days' on them. These are working days, and I believe the minimum is 2-6 days, so it would have been above expectations to have your order ship yet. More likely given the busyness of the warhouse it'll be at the long end rather than the short.

Thanks, I read further after I posted that, and figured that was likely the issue. Although the possibility that something in my order will be unavailable because the system can't keep up with the pace of orders is also a possibility I'll have to accept.

It depends. I just checked up on your order and in your case it will not make a difference if you do it within the next few hours. One item (Monte Haul) was oversold and we just realized this, so your order wasn't entering the queue because of him. Now that he's been canceled, your order will go into the queue the next time they run the process.

I decided against adding anything, thinking that it was about to got through that afternoon or the next day. However, it's still showing as pending, and since the order went through about midnight Friday your time (at least as far as I can tell on my side), I'm a little surprised to see that it's still pending. Is something else holding it up from entering the queue?

I'm stuck in the Select Recipients page. When I click on the Continue Checkout button it redirects me back to the same Select Recipients page.
On the checkout page, do you have "select gift options" checked (mine did, by default)? Uncheck, reload, retry, and it should work. I had to try that Saturday.

Everything is ready to go on it and its in line, however, with the sale, the line for shipping is a lot bigger than usual. The warehouse is shipping as fast as they can though.

Hi-- Question: I got a partial order shipment on my Great Golem Sale order that I placed a week ago. I had ordered the Second Darkness pack, plus the Second Darkness and Crimson Throne players guides. My account says that the players guides have shipped, but the AP pack hasn't.
Is there a glitch with my order, or was that intentional?
Should I cancel the pack and re-add the individual APs?

It looks like for some reason your order is trying to force gift options even though the option is not checked. If you could give us a call (425-250-0800 M-F 10am-5pm PST) we can get it sorted for you. Alternatively if you aren't able to call, choose to start with Hook Mountain Massacre instead and it should work for you. Once you've signed up, shoot us an email at customer.service@paizo.com and we can manually add Skinsaw and the promo card and ship them as soon as possible for you.

I've been having this same issue for three or four days now. I'm not trying to order anything from the golem sale, just start a subscription with the adventure cards path. It's technically three items; the adventure path, the promo card, and the subscription. Yet i get the same loop as all of you guys.

Hi Sara,
Thank you for the assistance. I've tried starting with the Hook Mountain Massacre. However, I could not proceed to the checkout page because it requires me to input my shipping address. Whenever I click on change shipping address, I get redirected back to the main page. Thanks.
