I called back and someone answered right off. They were very nice and was able to process my order that was in my cart for me.
How did you reach customer service? Did you leave a message and they called you back? I had no option to hold when I called, it forced me to voicemail.
If we split our orders for processing will you be adjusting the shipping costs for us automatically?
