I am DMing a ROTRL game and I have a fighter in the group that according to hero lab should be doing 20 damage per hit at level 8. She scored a critical on one of her attacks yesterday with her long sword and landed 2 other attacks(she was hasted) so the strength damage alone was 100 points. When that was announced the game came to a screaching hault and some of the other party members wanted to know how that was possible.
I don't doubt that it was possible but I wasn't quite able to justify it when questioned. She has a 20 strength, was weilding it both handed, is a straight fighter(no archatype), and has Power Attack and Weapon Spealization. Oh and she was using a +1 keen longsword.
Can someone check the math and see what damage output she should be reaching?

The damage calculation (at fighter level 8 as per the original post) would be:
1d8 (base longsword)
+1 (magic enhancement)
+7 (STR modifier of 5 * 1,5 for two-handed)
+1 (weapon training 1)
+2 (weapon specialization)
+9 (power attack with weapon wielded in two hands)
For a total of 1d8+20 per attack.
On a critical hit, the attack would instead deal 2d8+40.
