For a gishy sorcerer/ranger, which would be a better investment for magic natural weapons - Amulet of Mighty Fists or feats like Arcane Strike, Eldritch Claws, etc?
Probably depends on what you want more, right? More feats or more gold?
Problem with the Amulet is that it's all kinds of hella expensive. Maybe a mix of the two would work?

You'll probably want to stack the Amulet and Arcane Strike (Eldritch Claws probably isn't worth the feat; with the Amulet or Arcane Strike you'll have DR/magic covered, and you can just carry a backup weapon to cover silver). Depending on the ratio of Sorc to Ranger, Arcane Strike might not be worth it though.

I don't think Arcane Strike works on natural attacks.
Arcane Strike (Combat)You draw upon your arcane power to enhance your weapons with magical energy.
Prerequisite: Ability to cast arcane spells.
Benefit: As a swift action, you can imbue your weapons with a fraction of your power. For 1 round, your weapons deal +1 damage and are treated as magic for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. For every five caster levels you possess, this bonus increases by +1, to a maximum of +5 at 20th level.
And while the Monk class description says
A monk's unarmed strike is treated as both a manufactured weapon and a natural weapon for the purpose of spells and effects that enhance or improve either manufactured weapons or natural weapons.
that seems to be a unique power of the Monk class, not a general rule for all unarmed strikes.

Arcane Strike doesn't specify the kind of weapon to use it with. If you have a weapon, you can use the feat on that weapon, no matter if it's a manufactured or natural weapon.
The monk on the other hand has the advantage of being able to have his unarmed strike enchanted with Magic Weapon, while others need Magic Fang to enchant an unarmed strike.
(Those spells specifically say they only work for manufactured weapons (Magic Weapon)/natural weapons (Magic Fang).)

I thought a monk coukdnt enchant his fists because a weapon has to be masterwork quality to be enchanted in the first place?
You need masterwork put a permanent enhancement on something, but you can cast magic weapon on any manufactured weapon, which the monks unarmed strike (note, not his "fists" or any other particular body part) is.

Even if we accept your logic, your argument falls apart as there is no such thing as a "natural weapon." There are only 'natural attacks' and Arcane Strike only works on weapons - though, indeed, it works on all your weapons at the same time, so you can dual wield, or drop one weapon and pull out a new one all with the benefit of Arcane Strike.
A claw is a 'natural attack' - nowhere in the rules is it ever called a "natural weapon."

Just to clarify. If you make an attack roll with it, its a weapon. This includes touch spells, ranged touch spells, manufactured weapoms, natural attacks, splash weapons and even a pair of fuzzy dice from a 1973 cadillac so long as you are trying to hit someone with them.
That answer is a bit misleading.
It's true for many instances, such as taking Weapon Focus or whether or not you're armed. But he's talking about enchanting to improve a weapon, which you can't do with many of the items on your list, i.e. Arcane Strike doesn't improve your touch spells.
Arcane Strike is a good feat, and works with weapons. Whether natural or manufactured, it works with both.
One reason Arcane Strike is good is because you can bypass DR/magic, and use your Amulet for other boosts. Since Amulets aren't weapons, it's been ruled you can add weapon bonuses without the normal +1 minimum. You can skip straight to acidic, or keen, or holy, or whatever.
There's errata that's lowered the price to 4K if you haven't seen it.
Also, when you're switching to a backup weapon, esp. cold iron, you don't lose a round making it magic.
Cheers, and good luck
