Chaotic Neutral Goddess of reality and egotism.
Favored Weapon: (honestly, no idea here, ideas are welcome)
Domains: Chaos (Whimsy), Destruction (Catastrophe), Luck (fate), Nobility (Leadership), Trickery (Ambush)
Not so sure about Haruhi details. Ideas are welcomed.
Of course, there are other divine manga characters, as Black-Green-Purple-White Heart from Hyperdimensional Neptunia. That and other silly but accurate ideas are welcome. ^^
Haruhi's favored weapon is the paper fan to hit Kyon on the head!
As for the domains, swap Fate with Imagination (everything she imagines becomes real), and Trickery/Ambush with Madness/Insanity (a must!) As for her sixth subdomain, Chaos/Protean is another must.
Sounds like fun. Would Lina Inverse fit as a goddess of magic, destruction and... hmm, frankly, I think she´s hard to beat for egotism too :) .

The Antispirals might qualify as an evil deific force/overmind, though I think they're closer to genderless.
There's also the five God Hand from Berserk, four of whom are male:

@Orthos, good call. I actually like the idea Berserk's Hand of God because it's serious and "lovecraftnian" enough to fit like a glove on Pathfinder games. I see The God Hand as a pack of demons lords who are praised as a whole, instead of individually as separated entities.

If Vash the Stampede (Custom-plant/humanoid Gunslinger 20/Trickster 10) took the "divine source" mythic path ability, his domains would be: Chaos and Good. If he took it two addition times, he would gain: Luck and Travel.
Yeah, the limit between Mythic and Divine on most manga-anime is a blurry one. For instance, Momiji of Bimbogami Ga¡ is a true goddess, but is not specially powerful.
I haven't read Berserk, so can't say there. Akira seems really interesting. Anti-spirals too. Atenea and Hades from Saint Seiya are also true gods. Ko-Enma is great too. Mmmm... Ko-Enma against Saint Seiya Hades. Good stuff. ^^

The God Hand are the deities of their world, but most of the other characters that survive long enough to be important are quite likely Mythic in one way or another. (Guts for example is clearly a Champion or a Champion/Guardian Dual Path, the guy is near unstoppable.) It's not a pretty world, regardless, and if there is a good deity at all s/he is completely non-interventionist.
