Building an interdictor

Advice

So, while I was looking to make a stonelord build, there where some proposals about how to make a dorn-dergar centered tank. It's variable reach, combined with combat reflexes, could be frighteningly dangerous.

So I,ve got a proposed build, that combines with stalwart defender. By level 20 or so, he should have as much DR than a tarrasque:

Dwarf (unbreakable fighter 8/ stalwart defender 10)
25 points
Str 16 Dex 15 Con 15 Int 13 Wis 14 Cha 8
Traits: Armor Expert, ?
1 Toughness
2 Combat reflexes
3 Two Weapon Fighting
4 Darting Viper +1 dex
5 Chain-Flail Master
6 Dodge
7 Combat expertise
8 Stalwart DR 2/- ; +1 str
9 Lunge DR 2/-
10 DR 2/-
11 Steel Soul DR 2/-
12 +1 str DR 3/-
13 Improved Stalwart DR 7/-
14 DR 7/-
15 ? DR 9/-
16 +1 str DR 10/-
17 ? DR 12/-

Now, there are a few problematic things:

-This guy will be hard to hit, but nobody is going to try to hit him. He cant dish out a lot of damage, and is going to have a hard time even hitting enemies with high AC.

I've got an alternate build that I find less interesting, but we get what we can.

Dwarf (weapon master fighter 8/ stalwart defender 10)
25 points
Str 16 Dex 15 Con 15 Int 13 Wis 14 Cha 8
Traits: Armor Expert, ?
or

Human (weapon master fighter 7/ stalwart defender 10)
25 points
Str 18 Dex 15 Con 14 Int 12 Wis 14 Cha 7
Traits: Armor Expert, ?

1 Power Attack, Combat Reflexes (ewp: dorn dergar )
2 Two Weapon Fighting
3 Toughness
4 Chain Flail Master +1 dex
5 Darting Viper
6 Dodge
7 Endurance
8 +1 str
9 Lunge
10
11 Steel Soul
12 +1 str
13 ?
14
15 ?
16 +1 str

THe alternate has the same damned problems, but with much less feats. Any ideas to make this better?

Drop WIS and up STR?

Maybe equip him with a net and some tanglefoot bags?

By "interdictor" I suppose you mean someone who controls the battlefield and stops activities of opponents.

If you could consider choosing a polearm instead of a chain-flail, I got a few suggestion:
- change unbreakable to phalanx fighter
- get improved shield bash
- get one level of oracle with the lame curse
In this combination you can
- threaten everything in 5 and 10 feet
- from level 9 onwards you can do the equivalent of rage cycling with stalwart defender which makes abilities much stronger since you can then use those 1/stance abiities every round
- divine spells (11 cha enough for simple spells like shield of faith)

A GM of mine played a dwarven one like that against us. It was really tough, particularly when he was on a vehicle in his stance.
