Just wondering if anyone knows why Paragon surge is not on any spell list? (It's listed as being on quite a few, but looking at the lists on the online PRD's its not there)
I think it's from a non-OGL sourcebook released by Paizo; most (all?) the mechanical material from the 'setting' books are not freely available on the PRD.
Nwm figured it out. Its a "racial" spell. So thats why its likely not included on general spell list.
