Sonic Sorcerers weave magic through their voices.
Class Skill: Performance (Sing)
Bonus Spells: Sonic Sorcerors can cast spells with the sonic descriptor from any class. However, they cannot cast any spells without a vocal component.
Bonus Feats: whatever
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast a spell with the sonic descriptor, treat your level as 1 higher
Bloodline powers:
Scream(sp): At first level, you can emit a powerful scream in a 15 feet cone that does 1d6 sonic damage for every 2 levels of sorcerer that you possess and deafens the target(s) for 1d4 rounds, save for half damage.
Mourning cry: At 3rd level your blood curdling howl causes fear to strike the heart of your opponents as per the spell cause fear but in a 15 ft cone.
Shattering scream: At 9th level your scream can shatter objects and does double damage to crystalline creatures as per the spell shatter. Furthermore, your voice can be used to tunnel through solid rock, gravel or sand up to 5ft thick.
Piercing scream: At 15th level you can target a single enemy with a ranged touch attack. This does 1d8 sonic damage per sorcerer level and nauseates the target for 1d6 rounds (save for nauseate).
Crushing Wail: At 20th level you can emit a horrific wail that acts as Wail of the Banshee

I think I would change the first level power to 1d4 bleed damage (ears bleeding from sound) per 3 caster levels after the first plus deafening.
The 15th I'd change to d6s instead of d8s

They should totally have a thing where they can cast spells with a verbal component and a somatic component as if they had the metamagic feat still spell, without increasing the slot. But in return they can never use the silent spell metamagic feat.
Okay maybe it's too much since it would just allow them to wear any armor while casting anything.

I miss some information about number of uses per day for all of the bloodline abilities.
Bonus spells seem rather too generous, I agree. Just make a list of some sonic/sound spells they get, the bard list should offer some good inspiration.
Scream is a lot more powerful than most 1st level sorceror powers - but then again, almost all of those are pretty underpowered in my opinion, so might not be an issue.
Mourning Cry should perhaps get a buff at level 9, where it might act like Fear rather than Cause Fear, otherwise it'd be useless later in the game because of the HD limit on cause fear.
The 20th level capstone seems a little boring. You could just slap Wail of the Banshee on the bonus spell list and give them something more interesting. At least Sonic Immunity (would make sense that this bloodline is one of the rare ways to obtain that), probably also some other stuff.
