I have a character in a home campaign (follower of Calistria) that wants to take revenge. Nothing lethal, but reducing cha would be appropriate. I considered poison, but even with taking the crafting skill it would be to costy and would take to long to craft it. I came over diseases and Vorel's phage looks pretty interesting and is in the right region (southern Varisia). How could I use diseases as a weapon? Do you have other good ideas for revenge?

Go to the slums in town. Ask around or wander until you find the miserable shack of a hag covered in boils & missing most her hair. Buy her sheets for a silver, & carefully store them in a bag you'll never touch again after this. Go to the residence of the woman & either replace the sheet yourself, or bribe/trick a maid to do so. Perhaps trade in a brush or something as well.
Or heck, replace her perfume with skunk oil. Start vicious rumors about her impurities with the townsfolk. Dump a bag of centipedes in her yard, bury a dead animal in there, & complain to the city about her filthy habits. Sneak in & substitute a meal with nothing but rotten but spiced materials she might not taste. There are ways to "damage" charisma that don't involve giving an actual penalty to the score. A bad reputation is effectively a lower charisma score for the penalties she'd get from her interactions with the town. Well, maybe. G'luck!

You could also do some research on her to find out if she has any embarrassing foibles you could exploit by making them public or blackmailing her into recanting her statement with. Depending on how much you want to stick it to her you could always let the info leak when it no longer mattered what anyone there thought of you leaving her stuck with the infamy.
You could also look into those she has connections with and get her that way, she got someone she is engaged to/cares for, seduce them (or get someone to) and let her "catch" them in the act. Or find someone to seduce her and set it up so everyone finds out about it.
It largely depends on what specifically you were up to, how important to you was it, etc. Without more details on the specifics it is kinda hard to come up with something specific.

Prestidigitation is your friend.
Prestidigitations are minor tricks that novice spellcasters use for practice. Once cast, a prestidigitation spell enables you to perform simple magical effects for 1 hour. The effects are minor and have severe limitations. A prestidigitation can slowly lift 1 pound of material. It can color, clean, or soil items in a 1-foot cube each round. It can chill, warm, or flavor 1 pound of nonliving material. It cannot deal damage or affect the concentration of spellcasters. Prestidigitation can create small objects, but they look crude and artificial. The materials created by a prestidigitation spell are extremely fragile, and they cannot be used as tools, weapons, or spell components. Finally, prestidigitation lacks the power to duplicate any other spell effects. Any actual change to an object (beyond just moving, cleaning, or soiling it) persists only 1 hour.
Soil or change the color of her clothes. Warm or chill her underwear while she's wearing it. Lift a pile of dung above her head in a crowded area and let it fall. Hand out crude obscene pictures/woodcarvings of her naked etc.....

Leave a bag of goblin or dog poo on her doorstep, knock on the door, light the bag on fire and run.
Try to damage her reputation, or hit her with nasty spells like Disfiguring Touch, Countless Eyes, Excrutiating Deformation and Howling Agony are all unpleasant effects.
Rain of Frogs or Mad Monkeys are both hilarious ways to get back at her too.

How far do you want to take this stuff? If you go an eye for an eye, then paying back slander with slander is quite appropriate - and as a sorcerer you probably have the mojo to make people listen, even if it is just an impressive charisma score and bluff bonus :) . Strategic use of charm person and other low-level spells and other tricks can also be appropriate, especially if done at the right time (i.e. a ball or other posh occasion) .
