Janni Style vs. Outflank

Now, an easy solution seems to be houseruling that they cancel out, but is there official word on how Janni Style, which reduces flanking attackers to only +1 to hit, and Outflank, which increases flanking attackers to +4, interact?

So we're comparing Janni Style to Outflank?

The way I see it, Janni Style trumps Outflank. Outflank doubles your bonus against all normal opponents. Janni Style prevents flanking advantages towards you from surpassing a limit (only +1). (General vs Specific)

There is an argument that Outflank would allow you to have a +2 vs Janni Style users because it doubles your bonus (limit +1). I consider this is a fair compromise position because both parties benefit from their investment of feats.
