The Pathfinder Wiki has them listed in a category view, though it looks like many of the entries are incomplete.

Correct, each has own obediences, bonuses, spells, and special effects. However, and this is a big HOWEVER, the obediences must be done, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. or you lose the benefits.
One example: Slay a proven wrongdoer. The wrongdoer has to have commited an unlawful, evil deed. Every day...
Another is to burn 50g of stuff then roll around it after it dies out. Every day...
Another is to lie on a hard, flat surface wearing nothing but a cowl...and achieve sexual release without touching yourself...Every day...
Yeah, that is written in the book...

Some of the obediences are easy however, such as worshipping the moon during a night sky. Hey that's easy! Other ones require killing a particular kind of someone once a day... not so easy. If your playing a homegame its not a bad idea to change or make your own obediences, if only to avoid some of the squick or insanity involved. The boons also don't mention a duration and I don't see where it says that you lose the boon if you don't perform the obedience so its probably okay to miss it once or twice.
The fest Celestial Obedience is on PFSRD, but I can't find an actual list of Empyreal Lords and their boons anywhere. Anyone have a link to such info?
Like an online database? None that I know outside of the book itself. Like I said earlier though, its not a terrible idea to make up your own in a homegame. Unless you want to explain to everyone why your lying naked on a flat stone, killing people once a day in the morning, and what and how you were doing that last one.

You lose the benefits for the day until you do it again on a different day.
Last paragraph on the text:
"If you fail to perform a daily obedience, you lose all access to the benefits and boons granted by this feat until you next perform the obedience."

Meh, this problem doesn't surprise me. I've had a chance to look at the demonic obedience, and a lot of them were pretty insane logistically (forget morals, although that does complicate logistics with things like human sacrifice)
I kind of see these as more NPC feats since the head of a large cult could easily have others prepare the requisite materials to pull off the more insane ones. It provides an extra bit of power to them (raising CR), provides flavor, and they can rely on the fact that evil always has a larger budget than good. Performing such rituals offscreen makes it extremely easy.
But I couldn't begrudge a player from taking the feat and obedience if they can manage it.

It makes me wonder if we need a bit of a turnaround to a simpler, less complicated, Pathfinder system (at least one that's workable for players when it comes to Celestial and Fiendish obedience).

They're paizo materials. Demonic Obedience and Celestial Obedience are feats from paizo books. I know I don't have them to double check, but I'm 90% sure that's where them and the write-ups for the deities who have obediences are from. Not sure where a good online resource for that stuff is though.

Damn. Well, thanks anyways.
