Is there a spell to reduce or pierce spell resistance?

I know there are feats that help overcome spell resistance, but what about spells?

Using spells that offer no spell resistance. There might be an Ioun Stone that helps with Caster level.

Orange Prism:

+1 caster level.

Cracked: Wearer adds one cantrip or orison (determined when the stone is created) to his list of spells known or spells prepared. Price: 1,000 gp.

Flawed: This stone grants a +1 caster level and a –2 penalty to the wearer’s primary casting ability score (Wisdom for clerics, Intelligence for wizards, and so on). Price: 25,000 gp.

For a paltry 30,000 gold you too can get a better caster level!

Sure Casting increases your CL check against SR by 5 for 1 spell, cast within the next round.

MetaMagic: Piercing Spell will technically give you a +5 to the penetration roll at a +1 level shift. It's kinda a spell in practice.

3.x has the assay/lower resistance spell, but i am not certain if PF has those off the top of my head. Some Favored Class choices can be taken to help with SR also.

Ah, Sure Casting. Nice 1st level spell. The magic items are all good ideas, but not going to happen in between the time of this post and when I really need it for the game.

This is totally off-course, because it's not a SPELL, but vaguely related:
There's a poison from 3.5e that lowers SR.
Thing is, aside from not being official Paizo (it is official 3.5e though), the 3.5e→Pathfinder poison conversion rules doesn't cover what the frequency should be (rounds or minutes), nor if it should have an onset.

Underdark Blight | type: Contact |DC 20 |onset: none (probable)| duration/frequency: Rounds, 2 or Minutes, 2 | effect: -1 Spell resistance | cures on 1 save |300 gp

The SR damage heals as if it was a type of ability damage.

I thought I'd mention this in case some people wanted to know ways to reduce SR in general.
