Hi all! As the topic states I am a new GM/Event Coordinator for pathfinder societies. I have GMed for a long time but never for societies or a living game. Recently I did an event running the first scenario for season 5. My players had a good time and the event was reported with out much trouble, but now I am left wondering what should their next adventure be. I was thinking that the natural choice was to select scenario 5.2, but it shows to be a tier 3 scenario and my players are just lvl 1. Since characters require 3 scenarios to level, due to the 1 exp per scenario, they have not reached level 3 and I am not sure which would be the next scenario to host. Any ideas?
I own the first 3 adventures for Jade Reagent, but don't know if having them run through that module is a good idea, since I want them to go through Season 5 of the scenarios.

Welcome to PFS and thank you for stepping up to run an event!!
While it is a great idea to try to keep up with the current season of scenarios, there are another 5 seasons (0-4) that have great story arcs and many opportunities to delve into Golarion. I have not looked in a bit but running Jade Regent as modules (at least the first book) is fine. When I started the lodge I coordinate over a year ago, we started with Season 4 and then started going backwards through the other seasons until I started getting more GMs. I guess what I am trying to say is that you really do not need to follow a particular order. There are some scenarios that follow story arcs that you might have to watch for when planning. Modules are always an option (Crypt of the Everflame is a great example of a low tier module) as they will usually grant a level on completion. I hope this helps and don't hesitate to ask if you have more questions arise.

Echoing Preston's welcome and his thank you for stepping up. :-)
One thing about PFS is that you move back and forth through timelines without much consideration for the order. It's a positive/negative thing, depending on your perspective.
Something you might consider is staying in a similar region for a group of adventures. You ran Glass River Rescue, which takes place around Razmiran. While there aren't any other tier-appropriate scenarios that take place there, you could move East to the River Kingdoms and run Perils of the Pirate Pact (tier 1-7, season 0, #17). After that, though, you're rather out of luck until they get to higher level; you can go to Ustalav for Darkest Vengeance (tier 1-5, season 1, #47 <-- I do NOT recommend this one at tier 1-2) and 3-16: Midnight Mauler (tier 3-7).
You can also decide to relocate them now. Taldor, Varisia, and especially Absalom are great places to run a group of geographically-related scenarios. Try looking here for some ideas.

Thank you all for the kind welcomes. Following the topic. I have more questions :D. I saw that there are sanctioned modules and some of them are free. I checked and saw that we have a reporting sheet for them also, but I am not sure on how much exp do they get for these modules. I saw that the adventure paths give around 3 exp per section of the adventure path so I am not sure if modules give 1 exp or more. Thanks

Modules usually give 3xp, 4pp, and gold found upon completion of the module. There are some Free RPG day modules that, due to size, only give 1xp and 1pp. Enjoy!!!

Sweet! Thanks for the help. I think I will be hosting a few of the Free RPG day modules. Once they hit level 2 have them run "The Godsmouth Heresy". Ideally after "The Godsmouth Heresy" they should be level 3 and we can go back into Season 5 of the scenarios. Just to make sure "The Godsmouth Heresy" would give them 3xp, and 4pp, right?

Yep, 3 xp/4 pp for Godsmouth.
Master of the Fallen Fortress and We Be Goblins! are both Tier 1 modules, both free, and both 1 xp/1 pp. Those two can take you right into Godsmouth.

Bear in mind that the party may not always succeed, or succeed fully, particularly with modules.
I've found it common for parties to hit a wall half-way through a module and either push through and take casualties or else recognize that they're in over their heads and get out while the getting is good.
So, plan a sequence of adventures, all well and good, but be aware that you might need some aditional adventures to buck up a party that's fallen on tough times.
There is an additional challenge if a 3rd-level PC (for example) dies and stays dead. If the rest of the party is 4th level, a brand-new 1st-level character will never catch up to the rest of the party. There are work-arounds (playing a pre-gen for the rest of the adventures, all the rest of the party volunteering to move at slow experience for several levels, etc.) you'll want to have some plan in mind.

So far I have had 3 successful sessions, in which my player's characters have come close to death but prevailed. After reporting my sessions I have realized that a note appeared in one of the sessions saying that I got +2 GM ranking. What does that mean? Again thank you all for your answers and patience with a new Pathfinder Society GM/Event Coordinator.

Scenarios provide one point toward your GM star rating, while any of the modules (regular or free RPG day) or AP sections provide 2 points toward the star rating.
10 points = your first GM star
30 points = star 2
60 points = star 3
100 points = star 4
Star 5 has some special requirements, listed in the free Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play.
GM stars give some special perks, in addition to the GM credit you can take for one of your PCs when you run a game.
One of the main benefits of the GM credit is that it will make it easier for you to let one of your players step into the role of alternate GM, since you will have a PC of the same level as your players will, and your alternate GM will also be able to keep his PC in step with the group.
Makes it much easier to let the primary GM get some play time, since no one has to "eat" a scenario, and everyone will continue to have PCs around the same level.
