Ok heres what I'm wanting to do at level 6 with my oracle of bones so please tell me if you find a flaw in it. At level 6 my oracle of bones can cast animate dead and he also have the feat undead master and improve channeling, and desecrate spell. With a handy hover sack or large container when gm says you have time to go buy stuff before starting your mission can I go down to where they kill the large animals in the city of absalom or whatever city I'm in and buy as many corpses as they have and stuff my bag with them to use later in the scenario or module as my horde of undeads, also can I do this with the dead bodies of fallen npc we kill to use only in that same scenario? I know they can't be brought from one scenario to the next but can this idea be done in pfs or do you see a flaw (yes I'm aware of the paladins, lg types etc that other players might be but just asking rules wise can I do this?)My level 6, with undead master, and desecrate should be able to animate dead about 40 HD of undeads.
This isn't really a rules question in regards to actual rules of the game, you should post it in the pathfinder society forums.
Undead Master doesn't stack with Desecrate, I'm afraid.
And probably won't be an issue, particularly since there are no Evil spells in Organized Play. But, as you said, you can't take your raised pets between scenarios.

Why doesn't undead master work with desecrate? Undead master makes you 4 levels higher when determining your level with animate dead or command undead, while desecrate doubles the amount of undeads you create from x2 to x4. One is increasing what level you are when using those things while the other just makes is so the amount of HD you can make is doubled so two different things are being affected.

I see so undead master just increases your level for increasing number of hd of undeads you make yet you still have your regular level for determining how many you can control. So undead master is only good for making tons of undeads to unleash on a city since you can use hide from undead so the uncontrolled zombies don't attack you. You could grab the extra undeads with command undead spell I guess but even that had a duration of 1 minute per caster level which is double with undead master then you have to deal with them getting free from command undead.
