Greetings! I have questions!
Armor Spikes: You can have spikes added to your armor, which allow you to deal extra piercing damage (see “spiked armor” on Table: Weapons) on a successful grapple attack.
What is a grapple attack? Is that just fancy words for any grapple combat maneuver?
If I have Sapping Turtle Style Feat
Benefit: While you are using the Snapping Turtle Style feat, the shield bonus the style grants to your AC applies to your CMD and touch AC. Whenever an opponent misses you with a melee attack while you are using the Snapping Turtle Style feat, you can use an immediate action to attempt a grapple combat maneuver against that opponent, but with a –2 penalty.
Would I add my armor spike damage to a successful grapple with this feat?
And if I were already grappling the target that just missed me would I get another free grapple check and thus get to add my armor spike damage again? Muhahhahah...oh ummmZOD Thanks you in advance for your response!

By RAW I'm not sure. As a GM I'd probably allow you to release your grapple as a free action and attempt a new one.

I am not sure you can grapple a grapple target. Remember each round you don't regrapple them you maintain the grapple once establish. In this case I would assume it works like trip, where you can't trip a prone target. This is one of the best defenses against a Trip/Greater Tripper/Vicious Stomper is to just stay prone.
In the case of a grappler you can't grapple a grappled target, he already has the condition and thus can't gain it again.
However maintaining the grapple is a grapple check and should inflict spike damage no matter whether you, once successfully maintaining, move to pin, deal damage or drag him.
