Ability drain

Advice

I can see that ability drain is a powerful thing to use. However, I was wondering how it is possible to reduce the rarer examples: Wis, Int and Cha.
Are there spells? Or is it just certain types if undead that are able to do so? And what are the effects? I haven't been able to find the pfsrd page.

I believe if one is drained to 0 in any mental score, they fall unconscious until restored.

As for how it happens, touch of idiocy does 1d6 to all three mental ability scores. I know various poisons and undead drain them too, though I'm not sure if I've ever found any monster that drains charisma,

I think touch of idiocy is a penalty, not drain.

Feeblemind isn't drain but it can work pretty well. And if you have a way to drain after that, great (unless that doesn't work for some reason I'm unaware of).

The optional Sanity&Madness rules are one possible way of handling mental scores of 0.

Dotting. I like to utilized ability drain as a PC.
