For the Divine Source Universal Path Ability, it says that you gain access to your domain spells as spell-like abilities but it doesn't say what the CL is for the ability or what stat you use to calculate DCs.

For instance: Monk 15/Champion 7 selects Divine Source, selecting the Law and Good Domains. So I can cast up to 7th level domain spells as a spell-like 1/day per spell level. When this character casts Hold Monster how many rounds does it last? 7 b/c of teir? or 15 b/c of class level? Or maybe 14, double my teir? or 15 b/c that is the minimum cleric level needed to cast a 7th level spell?
For the save, the DC is 17 + casting stat, but what is it? Is it Wisdom since I'm casting cleric spells? Or Cha which is the default for SP? OR can I pick which ever stat I want? Does it have to be a Mental stat? What if I use the same example, but change the levels to Fighter, can I pick Strength as my "casting" stat?

Depending on the answers to these questions, Divine Source can be either a really strong ability OR just some really nice fluff.

FAQ-request seconded and bumped. :-)

My guess goes for wisdom and character level.

Speaking of this (yes I know the post is one month apart or so):

Do I need to worry about material component costs of these SLAs? That makes the Resurrection subdomain a pretty good choice. Also allows a free stoneskin from the Earth domain.

SLAs do not require components. I also believe they don't require vocal or somatic components either.

I suppose what I'm really asking is:

Is it really the intent to allow a character to potentially have 3 different resurrection abilities without material costs, each once per day, with this ability.

I already knew that the RAW says that SLAs do not have to worry about any components. I suppose it's fortunate that no domain grants Wish as far as I know (though the Divine subdomain does grant Miracle).

Miracle is strictly better than wish if you're the source of the power. So you might as well worry. : D And yes, I do believe this was the intent. It's mythic.

Half-way random... but have any GM's 'house ruled' how they work this?

I'm have a character in non PFS game that I am considering taking this for.

My rough interpretation would be to use HD/Character Level since the spells are SLA and this is consistent with most of the bestiary.

Just my 2cp worth.

It would be 10 plus half character level plus relevant casting stat modifier presumably wisdom... the standard format for SLAs.

Not that I doubt you... but where did you find this so I may reference it with my GM.

Standard for SLA is Cha bonus. It's under Universal Monster Rules
