Magus and the human racial option

Hello all, I have a question about the human favored class option. What I understand from this is that if I were to take the favored class option and I am a level 2 Magus that I get an arcane point to add to my pool (1/4 points being level 2 brings it down to the minimum of 1) of arcane points. Now if when I become level 3 I do this again would I also get another arcane point?

The following favored class options are available to all characters of the listed races who have magus as a favored class, and unless otherwise stated, the bonus applies each time you select the favored class reward.

Human Add +1/4 point to the magus' arcane pool.

You get 1/4 of a single point every time you take that option. By level 4, you will have accumulated 1 point if you took that option at every level.

All of the 1/X favored class bonuses means that you get that bonus after taking it for X levels. In the case of the Magus, every four levels of taking that bonus gives you one point to the arcane pool. You get nothing until you've taken it four times.

I don't understand why you think that. The favored bonus in question is 1/4 bonus to the arcane pool.

1st time: +0.25 arcane pool points (round down to 0)
2nd time: +0.5 arcane pool points (round down to 0)
3rd time: +0.75 arcane pool points (round down to 0)
4th time: +1.0 arcane pool points. At last, an extra arcane pool point!!!

Arcane Pool (Su)

At 1st level, the magus gains a reservoir of mystical arcane energy that he can draw upon to fuel his powers and enhance his weapon. This arcane pool has a number of points equal to 1/2 his magus level (minimum 1) + his Intelligence modifier. The pool refreshes once per day when the magus prepares his spells.
at level 3 do you have 2 or 1.5+.75 rounded to 1? (+int mod)

a 7th level black blade magus has 2.333 class +1.75 from favored class bonus, is that 3 (with 1.183 rounded off) or 4.35 (rounded down to 4)
