These are all but identical to my own sorceress'! Watch out that you don't need more DEX for casting rays.

Easiest if you mark the Eschew Materials as a bonus feat, for those not familiar with sorcerers. Combat Casting might be a very good choice, but I try to stay away from bad guys. Grappling though, that happens.

Skill Focus is another feat. You should have that listed as a bonus feat up above. Half-elves are good that way. Note that Diplomacy and Perception are not normally class skills, and so you don't get the class skill bonus with them. That said, they are two really important skills.

Draconic is considered by many to be a really good bloodline.

Feather Fall might be a good choice at first level, but it is pretty situational. I found color spray to be more useful then.

You are very welcome!

Get ahold of the Pathfinder Society Guide to Organized Play. Link to Player Resources The Guide is free, and has important rules. One great rule is that, until you play a character at second level, you can rebuild it. This means that you can try the character out, and if something doesn't work as well as you like, you can change it. Until you play the character at second level.

If your character background calls for appraise then that is a good choice, but otherwise it is a little situational and maybe a knowledge skill would be more useful at first level.

Edit: If you plan to identify magic items knowledge (Arcana) is required with spellcraft and detect magic.

Shadow Lodge

Everything seems pretty good, but

If you plan on taking points into UMD (and hell, as a sorcerer, why not) Skill Focus(Use Magical Device) will probably serve you better than Spellcraft.

The DCs for UMD are rather high, the lowest being 20, highest can get into the 30s for society.

There is also the fact that if you fail to use a magical item on a Nat 1 you can't use it for 24 hours.

EDIT: Almost forgot to mention, UMD is the only skill you cannot take 10 on (some prestige classes will allow this to happen).
