I've a question: Does the Legendary Item ability "Upgradable" stack with the Craft Magic Item Feat? I ask this as you can upgrade a magic item normally with CMI for half of what it costs to create the item. So would a Mythic Character with a Legendary Weapon with Upgradable AND the Craft Magic Item and Armor Feat thus get a further discount (thus instead of costing 3,000 gold to upgrade a weapon from +1 to +2, it's 1,500 gold?)

I think the intent is to allow characters without the feat to upgrade their weapon at half cost however I don't see how the two abilities would stack.
Because the upgrade process is involved as a ritual which implies that during those 8 hours you are preforming rites and maybe doing dances where as the Magic item crafting rules state you have to physically work on them for the 1 day per 1000 gold cost.
I think because the item's ritual is done over an 8 hour ritual it wouldn't allow the proper time for the craft magic item feat to also take effect.
I could see some people explaining that the legendary dwarf blacksmith slaving over an anvil and oven to fold the metal half a hundred times and all that jazz is part of a ritual that also allows for the craft magic items feat but the feat specifically states it is 8 hours per 1000 gold.

Actually, just 8 hours period. No matter what the cost.
That in and of itself would likely make it worthwhile. Higher-level upgrades tend to take weeks to a month to pull off. This would allow someone to make a +5 sword with Bane, Flaming Burst, Keen, and other stuff (assuming the gold was available) in just eight hours.
Or, for that matter, a Belt of Physical Perfection +6; instead of a month of enchanting, eight hours.
Okay. Seems easily worthwhile now that I factor in the time benefit.

The RAW of the Upgradeable option implies that once the item is legendary you cannot improve it with anything other than enhancement type bonus's.
"If the base magic item has a version with a higher bonus or greater version (such as a +1 longsword, a +2 light steel shield, a cloak of protection +1 , an amulet of mighty fists +1, or a minor ring of inner fortitude), the bonded creature can improve it by performing a special
ritual."
Special properties like keen, detect magic, etc.. doesn't apply.
