Owlbear boon

Silver Crusade 1/5

What module or scenario grants the boon of a owlbear egg. I would like to run this for our pfs lodge.

Forgive my ignorance, I am still trying to fully comprehend PFS, but is that transferable to other characters? If I receive that boon could I have a Dwarf Hunter, or something along those lines, have an owlbear.

And yes I know it is basically a reflavored bear.

No, the boon is earned only by the character you have assigned the chronicle sheet to. There is a con-boon that allows you to shift boons like this to other characters, but that is an exception to the otherwise static rule.

There is a player boon that could be won at Gen Con that allowed certain rewards like a pet boon to be traded between a single player's characters.

When you play the before mentioned scenario, you will get a chronicle sheet that is applied to an in-tier or below tier character. Without the use of a secondary boon from a con. Only that character can use the owlbear.

It should also be noted that this is a (mostly) pregen-only module, so applying it to any character you choose is pretty easy.

So I play the scenario, I can apply that boon to a dwarf hunter? It isn't just for the scenario, right?

You play the module with one of the pre-generated characters specific to that module.

You can then apply the chronicle to any character of appropriate level. If that character can get a bear as an animal companion or mount, that character can then use the boon to get an Owlbear as an animal companion. It has to be the character that the chronicle was applied to, but they can keep that companion.

Note that you could also GM the module and apply it to a character. This means you could have two characters (one via playing and one via GMing) with such a companion.

Share the Wealth (Companions): You may not have been the one it impress a prospective familiar or sentient relic, but your fellow agent who did can introduce you to make the most of the strange allies befriended during an adventure.

As a player, choose one boon earned by one of your characters, and transfer it to another of one of your characters. The recipient's level must be high enough that he could qualify to have played the adventure; he still qualifies if his level is above the adventure's level range. Once this boon is transferred, the original recipient is treated as though she no longer possessed the boon. You can only transfer a boon in this way if it opens up access to a new familiar, animal companion, or similar creature associated with a class feature. Record the boon's name, Chronicle sheet name, and creature type below.
Alternatively, you can transfer access to a unique intelligent item, which the recipient can now purchase. This follows the same restrictions as if you were transferring access to a new familiar type. If the original character had already purchased the intelligent item, she must sell it before the recipient can purchase it.
