Can someone confirm if the calculation of my crit damage (and regular attack damage) is correct?
Info:
Human 2H Fighter-Rogue
18 Str (4 modifier)
Wielding +1 Masterwork Greatsword
Power Attack Feat
Backstabber Trait
Sneak Attack
So regular damage accounting for all those factors would be:
2d6 (Greatsword)
+6 (Plus 1.5x Str mod for wielding 2H weapon)
+1 (+1 Enhancement Bonus)
+3 (Power Attack: 2+50% for wielding 2H weapon)
+1 (Flanking damage bonus from Backstabber)
+ 1d6 (Sneak Attack)
and a Critical Hit if confirmed, would be:
4d6 (Greatsword)
+12 (Plus 1.5x Str mod)
+2 (Enhancement Bonus)
+6 (Power Attack: 2+50% for wielding 2H weapon)
+2 (Flanking damage bonus from Backstabber)
+ 1d6 (Sneak Attack)
Thanks in advance!

It's either a magical "+1 Greatsword" or a non-magical "masterwork greatsword". Not both, masterwork only gives +1 to attack. Magical +1 gives +1 to attack and damage(which doesn't stack with masterwork because they are both enhancement bonuses).
A weapon must be masterwork to be made magical, so the terminology isn't "+1 masterwork", it's "+1" for magic and "masterwork" for good quality but still mundane.
If it's a magical sword, then you're right, if not, then RedDog has it right - including the assumption about your BAB, which determines damage bonus from power attack.

That seems a lot of hard work!
Once you have calculated the damage once (the way you've done above) then you get a damage of 2d6+11+1d6.
Then, when you confirm a crit, the weapon damage and any static bonus are multiplied by the crit multiplier (in this case x2), but any additional damage dice do not get multiplied, leaving you with 4d6+22+1d6.
You really don't have to calculate it from scratch each time.
