Does this seem way too good to anybody else? For the measly cost of 1 mythic power, you're giving a huge bonus to all saves. Bard 20/Marshal 10 would be giving a +14 competence bonus to all saves to all his allies! That seems absurd.

Morale, not competence so it won't stack with heroism or good hope (Inspire Courage grants competence bonus to attack and damage rolls and morale bonus to saving throws). Still it seems a bit excessive but hard to judge without comparing to the rest of mythic rules.

I think you have to ask yourself:

Is this better than a regular wizard doing wizardly things?

The answer is mostly no

Inspired Defense - Whenever you use bardic performance to inspire courage, the --competence-- bonus against charm and fear effects instead applies to all saving throws. If you expend one use of mythic power when you start a bardic performance to inspire courage, you add your tier to
this bonus.

I'm assuming they meant the morale bonus (not competence) to fear and and charm applies to all saving throws.

No it does not
At that level a Mythic hero can only be killed by being Coup de Graced by an artefact they are powerful now they can do lots of crazy stuff.

It also doesn't stack with a Barbarian's raging bonus or Superstition. Speaking of which, a level 20 Barbarian with the Human FCB gains a +13 morale bonus to all saves while raging. Giving such a bonus to the whole party is clearly stronger, but Mythic stuff is really powerful.

It's mythic. The existing rules and guidelines of what constitutes "excessive" or "overpowered" go out the window with that system, with virtually nothing to replace them. You are after all potentially nascent divine beings anyways at tier 10.
