if a grappler had freedom of movement agents another who had freedom of movement

Advice

if a grappler had freedom of movement agents another who had freedom of movement. would the grappler still be able to grapple and succeed as well as would freedom of movement be canceled or nulled out

No Freedom of movement doesn't cancel out freedom of movement. Dispel magic or wait for the duration to finish. that's the only way to stop it as far as I know...anti-magic field too

No. There's nothing in the rules that even suggests this would be the case.

If you want a grappler who can cancel out Freedom of Movement, be a Tetori.

ok thank you both

This. The things our party's half-giant tetori has successfully grappled lately have ranked rather high on the absurdity scale of late (a Hand of the Deep, a hellcat, an undead chimera, a peryton, and an amphisbaena).

Sczarni

Tetori is a whole other kind of beast ;)
