The Firebrand feat from Faiths of Corruption allows a character to treat a torch as a light mace.
Does that mean there is a conceivable way to enchant a torch with weapon enchantments? Though I imagine that would be tricky since technically they're consumables :/
And what kind of action is it to light a torch? The entry for tindertwigs makes it out that lighting one with tindertwigs is a standard action "rather than a full-round action". Does that mean that lighting a torch with another torch is a full-round action?

Lighting a torch is a full round action per the action table under Combat. Tindertwigs do indeed reduce that down to a standard action.
If you wanted to enchant it permanently, you would need to start off with a masterwork torch so it would be 300gp 1cp and then you could enchant it.
Any character without the Firebrand feat would consider it as a gauntlet that does one point of fire damage as well but you take the penalty for using an improvised weapon per the equipment entry for torch. If you have the Firebrand feat, you can treat it as a light mace and still do the one point of fire damage, but do not take the improvised weapon penalty.
You could also use Magic Weapon for a temporary enchantment.
If I were the DM and you wanted to keep the same torch, I would probably let you purchase a masterwork one as mentioned but not make it consumed by the fire. Instead, you would have to constantly rewrap the worked top in flammable rags or such to keep it active as a torch.
Not the most efficient way to go but it has a nice story quality to it that I think would be interesting enough to allow. Besides, nobody could argue that it would be broken or overpowered in my opinion.
