Dailyplanescape had an interesting article about using both...which is frankly what I use in my pathfinder Eberron conversion.
I have been fiddling with it, but with the most recent version of PCGen, I have had to start over again. So, if that happens, it will be next summer.
Properly linking requirements between feats, races and prestige classes. It's not a complete scrap/start over, but more like having to go through a fair amount and tweak about 30-50 things all in the same way.
Not currently. I had a change to my normal work cycle. (hence not much activity on the forums). Once I'm back to a normal routine, I'll see what I can do about updating it and making it available.

I want to say how much I love your site; the conversion you've done has served my players and me well during our Eberron campaign. However, your site went down yesterday and it has left me deeply concerned as to whether or not the problem is a simple matter and the site will soon return or if this is a more serious matter.
This thread being five years old, I worry that you will not get this message. If and when you do, I hope this matter can be resolved.
I don't know who all might still be following this thread, but Google Sites did a major update and now the site has been all weirdly formatted. The text is still there, but I will need some time this weekend to clean it up.
