I used Headless Hydra's Haunting of Soldragon Academy. I set the start at the markets of Magnimar, but you could easily place it directly in Sandpoint. The Academy is some distance from the city and can be placed anywhere convenient. That is roughly for 5th level 4-5 person adventuring party.

Raging Swan has some low level modules that would work well for Varisia.
"Retribution" is a first level module that takes place in a remote abbey that would be easy to drop in.
"Road of the Dead" is a fun one that I ran for my Kingmaker group. It takes place in a recently uncovered dungeon belonging to an extinct ancient people. You could easily reflavor it and call it a Thassilion ruin (instead of Tuath in the module).
"Dark Oaks" is a 5th level adventure dealing with a settlement of lizardfolk.
The nice thing about Raging Swan modules is they include how to scale each encounter up or down.

Any Raging Swan Press module requires 0 to next to no conversion for Varisia and I have yet to see one that is even only mediocre. Highly recommended, especially Retribution.
With minor reskinning (turn a sub-tropical forest into a moderate one to a forest), 4 Dollar Dungeon's Horn of Geryon is also viable.
Run Amok Games "Six Griffons" and "Teeth of the Storm" also fit well - the latter being more horror-themed (tie in with Skinsaw?), the former being a whodunnit.
Adventureaweek.com's Goblin Cave, Shatterhorn Castle make for good low level sidetreks. Forest for the Trees and Winterflower are also awesome, but might be a better fit for Darkmoon Vale. The two series they've started, "Search for Lost Legacy" and "Tyranny of Greed" also should fit well - the former will get a review on Monday.
Rite Publishing's Adventure Quarterly #3 has an investigation in a wizard's college that would fit well within Magnimar or Kaer Maga.
Frog God Games Stoneheart Valley is a collection of 3 cult classics updated for PFRPG - HARDCORE, extremely difficult and one of my favorites. The previous iteration is one of the favorite crawls my group ever went through.
If you like horror, also check out Sneak Attack Press "Good little Children never grow up". It's glorious.

This excellent free fanmade PF adventure in the style of Temple of Elemental Evil might be made to fit there.
Also perhaps FGG's The Black Monastery?

HHG'S Mor Aldenn mini setting material might also be made to fit in Varisia. Some of it is free so check out at least those.

This thread seeks placements for old Dungeon adventures in Golarion. Varisia was already mentioned several times.

When I designed The Reaping Stone, I had Magnimar very much in mind as I developed the city in which (and under which) the adventure takes place. It's for levels 2-6. 1-6 if you're a meany.

Not necessary 3PP but this thread about more fitting modules for RotR campaign mentions several paizo modules and supplements with Varisia material including the Beginners Box and its free supplemental PDFs. Iirc the Pathfinder comics also have small bits of bonus gaming material in them.
This page lists some PFS modules apparently set in Varisia.
Maybe there's something in the free Wayfinder magazine too...

I should point out that Legendary Games' Road to Destiny by Jim Groves actually *is* an excellent low-level 3PP adventure set in Varisia (with the serial numbers filed off, of course).
Originally designed to fill in the gaps between the first and second adventures in the "Far East" Adventure Path, it works very well as a standalone semi-sandbox adventure set along the Varisian coastlands from Sandpoint northwards. The connections to that AP are easily dispensed with if you just want to use it as part of a home campaign. It's a pretty meaty adventure at 24,000 words, close to what goes into the adventure part of an AP chapter. Check it out.
