Do auras overlap?

I'm making a scenario and have two troglodyte Guards. Now each one has stench 30ft which requires a dc fort save of 13. Do the players who enter the room have to save twice since there is two of these in the same room and each has their own aura?

Really? I thought the auras would count as ongoing magical effects, and thus only 1 save would be required?
