Do spell penetration effects work on scrolls or are you stuck with the caster level when scribed?
Good question. It should work, but I'm not sure when it works. Are scrolls scribbled by a caster with the Spell Penetration feat better at penetrating, or is the effect applied when a scroll is used by someone with the feat? Or both?
Citation from the last message of this thread is how SKR sees the matter.
Looks like none of the feats or special abilities works on scrolls.
