Alright.. So I get to a level 10 Rogue/Ninja/Vivisectionist.. (Anything else?)

How can I get my enemy stunned or Coward? Any other ways to increase the ability to Coup de grace?

My goal is to use a scythe and go around slicing up my foes.

You don't need all of that. Just take the feat and use dust of choking and sneezing. Pretty much a one-two combo that auto-wins against most things you will face.

So far what I'm seeing is going Grey Warden. AT level 13 I get DF,

Level 2 spell lets me make some enemies cower before me. And same at level 4 with a few less restrictions..

Well, I guess there is that.. but what about Slaying Sprint and Dastardly Finish?

Is there anyway to get these earlier?

The description of the dust calls it a 20 foot spread. How do you, as a user, keep this from affecting yourself too?
