Need help with item creation cost

Advice

Background:

In Way of the Wicked, my character forked out the money and did a ritual converting his hounds to hellhounds and binding them to him. Being that hellhounds are only 3 hd, they would die pretty quickly as the levels progress. Especially considering they are evil outsiders and good alignments may target them just to cleanse the area of them.

Since they are bound to me, I wanted to create an item that could call them like a paladin or ranger calls his companion. Would you make it the cost of the figurine of wondrous power and subtract out the ritual costs (after all, it shouldnt cost more overall than it would be to just make a generic figurine).

Can you think up any other ways to do this other than the figurine route and if not, what would you consider the cost?

Can you transcribe the ritual here for me?

Specialty Bag of Tricks - some variation of it, depending on how long and how often you want to be able to pull them out.

Not sure if that is what you would want if you want it to be the same animal every time, are you thinking you can give these critters their own items and treat them as animal companions?

I would still consider some sort of Bag of Tricks, not sure if you could get more than one hound out at a time, but still something i would read and think about how you could incorporate your idea with it.( Instead of %chance of an animal, % chance of one of your hounds, make them all different somehow)

Also, in what way were they his hounds?
He had purchased them?
How are they bound to him?

Bought the hounds. Trained the hounds. Did the infernal ritual (paid for religious items, etc costing 2400gp) which involved slaying said pooches. Out of the green fire steps three hellhounds with jungle bells on and nice toothy smiles with wagging tails.
