Hi! With my character having reached lvl 12, having the prestiege award of owning an island, being a monk and always having the roleplay arc to one day wanting to found her own monk order....
Would it be allowed to say that my character founded a Chelish monk order (The order of the Bleeding Heart), since from what I know about Cheliax is that the country acually doesn't have a lot of monk orders anyway?
It's just roleplay fluff, I know, but I would really like to work out this monk order and give it a place in the legend that is pathfinder to me.

I think that's part of the fun of vanities; a character can actually own or create something that only has a minor impact on the in-game experience but has a very real impact on a player's enjoyment and immersion in the campaign setting. I would recommend observing the same soft restraints that guide good backstory creation in Pathfinder Society:
- Don't change the overall canon (Nikolai is Grand Prince Stavian III's identical twin brother and is next in line for the throne)
- Don't make an unreasonable claim (Nikolai is actually a half-fiend tarrasque in disguise as a half-elf [unless you have both a tarrasque and half-fiend race boon]. He also recently fathered a child by Sarenrae.)
- Don't go into a game expecting your backstory to grant a mechanical advantage beyond anything a rules mechanic already grants (Because of Nikolai's consensual relationship with Sarenrae, he receives all cleric spellcasting services for free. He can also use planar ally to call his child to his service for free)
- Don't expect NPCs to immediately know of/be impressed by your contribution to Golarion's monastic education system (Bow down before Nikolai, peasants!)
Perhaps now that you have your small monastery, you will have to prove that it is worthy of respect, giving your character a new roleplaying hook. Challenge the most powerful enemy in every combat, promising that you will spare it if it sincerely admits to the superiority of the Order of the Bleeding Heart's style. If your character inspires other characters or players, I would not be surprised if a few other monks in your region were to start claiming to have trained at your school. It gives them no mechanical benefit, but it certainly makes the campaign seem a little more alive. For you, consider some of the new vanities that are coming out in the Pathfinder Society Primer. In particular I can imagine combining a particular Membership and Property.
Monastery and Pathfinder Lodge

I agree with all you mentioned. It is all a roleplaying arc. Not something to get any mechanical or crazy rp claims out of. I was just wanting to know if i was allowed to make a roleplay claim that she started her own order. Now that i see the possibilities i fully agree with your ideas and will work to make the order a fun and enjoyable part of play for everybody who wants to. Thanks:) great rp suggestions too. Ill take them. Any more advice?

You need to find someone to run the Ruby Phoenix Tournament Module for you!
Start a new character and have them be a graduate of the school continuing the "legend" of the Bleeding Heart School.
For instance my next Paladin will be the squire of my current Paladin all grow'd up... His name is Tim and he'll actually turn out to be a Magus because his "Boss" Luthril will have soured him on the whole Lawful Good thing. Things like this let your Seekers live on in your lodge.
In the Same vein as my squire example, you could have your new character not be a Monk, but just have a trait that gives some flavor or be a similar class like Ninja.
I'd develop the Island thing more... and spend some more prestige if you have it on a Ship!
Great Idea!!! Good Luck!

Even without any mechanical benefits, this is a great thing to do. I mean, for instance, I'm the lead singer of Absalom's greatest up-and-coming band, DYRE WÜLF. I've got a few other pathfinder agents joining the band, and I tend to sign on the rest I run around adventures with temporarily as roadies, porters, and security. I'm working on getting this grungy little warehouse in the Puddles that I cleaned out for that Karela guy fixed up so we can play out of it, and I'll be sure to invite everyone to the opening gig. Especially Ollysta...I think she'll really love our heavy adamantine sound.
Anyway, I think I've heard of a few other Chelaxian martial orders, so you might be surprised at how much of a tradition it is. Hamatulatsu comes to mind, but there are at least a few other big ones.

Personally, I think that creating new roleplaying shenanigans is a fantastic idea! I, for one, would certainly consider making a monk character of your order just for the opportunity to help build a collaborative story within the PFSOP setting.
I happen to know there's a particular pair of new Venture-Captains (in game) that will be sharing a lodge (once the primer becomes legal) that's based on a ship owned by one of the two. Their poor protege's have to deal with trying to track down the lodge from port to port just to report in and get their assignments! Hilarious!
There's no mechanical benefit. There's no change to the overall world setting. But there is the added element of having some new pathfinders complaining about the wacky lodge they've been assigned to.
Oh, also, I have a character who happens to be another character's mentor of which I still have yet to personally meet either the player or the character XD (though I hope to at a con in the future!).

Thank you so much for the positive reactions. I am certainly going to continue on the order.
As for people who want to join: Of course you are very welcome :)
Take in mind that the Order of the Bleeding Heart is a Chelish Monastery and proud of it at that!
Typical monastery clothing would be in the full colors of Cheliax. Emblems of Cheliax and the holy symbol of Azmodeus are very much visible and present.
The island itself holds not only a Monastery, but a small temple/shrine to Azmodeus for the monks to have their prayers at.
Even now the (noble) people of Cheliax send their children to be raised as true Chelish Monks, to be schooled in the ways of Cheliax, Azmodeus and the unique Chelish martial art.
Some elements of the teachings at the order are: Discipline, order and dedication. There are lessons in history, art, reading/writing Chelish, mathematics and geography.
The martial arts are taught on a daily base with the one thing that makes this monastery unique: The pupils train against various summoned creatures...mostly fiendish.
Remember, when you are a pupil at the Order of the Bleeding Heart, you are proud to be Chelish and you are to act like an example to the rest of the world on Chelish martial arts and discipline. Our ways are superior!
