I know of three archetypes - Holy Gun, Spellslinger, and Trophy Hunter (none of which are PFS legal, though that is just a side note and not relevant to this question), and just spending the feats.
Are there any ways to gain one or both of these abilities (traits, other archetypes, racial or race traits, prestige classes, etc.?

.....*heavy breathing* That took a long time. Ok, I found a comprehensive list of any entity that could technically serve as a patron to a cleric, and after looking at all ones with enough of a block to work, I found only one that gives you any kind of gun as a favored weapon.
It is the daemon harbringer Cixyron. He is the only one I could find, and even then he only gives you a musket (which is hard to work with without the musket master's ability to speed up reloading). So if you are happy with that, and you are willing to worship a NE smallfry that has almost no description whatsoever, then fine. If you are unhappy with that, or think there must be another diety, then the link I used has a lot of information. I'd advise going to the main page and going through the religion portal for a comprehensive list.
There is a larger issue that must be addressed though: how much does it help you to actively avoid a dip in gunslinger? The price of a firearm pretty much prohibits their use for the first few levels. In comparison, you get a free fire arm with gunslinger, and the use of both proficiency and gunsmithing without any feats. Is this because of caster levels with your divine caster?

Oh, I am mainly just compiling information and personal lists, which may someday become a guide I put online (or maybe not...). This did stem from a character concept, but is more of a quest for information at this point, and has nothing to do with that initial character idea.
And, by the way, thank you for your help!

Oh, just an academic interest. I can understand. It was part of the reason I did the search in the first place.
For example, I just noticed: most deities seem to have simple weapons as their preferred weapons. Daggers, spears, and maces are some of the most common. It makes sense I guess, since they are some of the oldest weapons, and Paizo may simply have reflected their commonality as symbols in many cultures IRL.

Something interesting I just caught... a spellslinger nowhere is required to use wizard or even arcane spells for any of his class abilities (even though it is a wizard archetype and the ability is called 'arcane gun') - and it is purely frontloaded with nothing coming after 1st level; so a 1 level dip there, then moving to any other (arcane or divine) spellcasting class would suffice.
